Contract Stage.

  • Pre-Site: Liaison with Client to organise programme, access, health and safety procedures, and methods of work
  • On Site: Prompt and sympathetic response to ongoingalterations to specification, layouts, programme etc
  • Quality Installation: Focus operatives are selected for their experience, skill and reliability.
  • Principal Contractor: We will undertake the duties of Principal Contractor as outlined under the Contracts Design & Management Regulations 1994 subject to the circumstances of the project.
  • Total Interior Installation: A ‘One-Stop’ service, offering savings in time and money. We supply and install products directly, we source, integrate and supervise other trades, all of whom have proved to meet our high standards and the requirements of our clients.
